Actually I was looking for the spell checked in LibreOffice, but I think it seems that LibreOffice uses the system spell checkers. What could be nice also is a hint in LibreOffice when clicking on "Get more dicttionaries ..." that the better way is to install the spell checker on system level (at least for KDE based systems).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In KDE System Settings add the language German
2. Goto spell checker and as default language German cannot be selected (whereas for French for example it works)
3. run "sudo apt-get install aspell-de" and German can be selected
Actual Results:  
German spell checking is not added with the language, but for other languges it seems to work

Expected Results:  
When installing a language the splee checker should also be installed

Hi,

I just tested it again, with Kubuntu 18.10 and LibreOffice 6.1.2.1 and LibreOffice still suggested to load the Dictionaries from a Webpage, instead of suggesting the easier way to install a new language in KDE.

We don't have any input over what LibreOffice does. I suggest filing a bug report for the LibreOffice folks. Thanks!
