There should be something which bridges the (very dynamic) QAbstractItemModel with a QMenu so that e.g. the mailbox hierarchy can be properly shown in pop up menus.

The starting point could be the code at https://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qtwebkit-examples-and-demos/blobs/stable/examples/webkitwidgets/browser/modelmenu.cpp, but it will need to be expanded with support for the funny dynamic signals emitted by the QAIM.
