A screenshot with KTimeTracker dialog and Dolphin dialog

Dolphin is using default system theme, KTimeTracker isn't.

They appear to be correctly themed in KDE 4.14.
Comment 3 Alex Lowe 2014-10-07 01:05:47 UTC
Māris, this does appear to be fixed in 4.14. Can you confirm that it's working in 4.14 for you?

KTimeTracker vs KOrganizer

Tested 4.14.1 - no changes. Still wrong icons are in use.

Screenshot contains a window from KOrganizer and KTimeTracker. Note the difference. KOrganizer is using correct theme, KTimeTracker - not.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I will be closing this bug.
