Reize and move panel - from one edge to another. Eventually the panel seems to "forget" the right size of icons  - and at least one icon does not move with the panel.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Icons stay the right size and panel items stay in panel. 

Since I am running Mint KDE if this has any connection to video issues that might be related?

Hello!

This bug report was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this bug is already resolved in Plasma 5.
