I wanted to file a report about touchpad settings (just asking to allow negative values for *ScrollDelta values) and didn't find kcm_touchpad in the list.

Reproducible: Always

That's probably product "Tochpad KCM" (which is not part of the SC).

It is "Touchpad KCM", yes.
