Right click > Create New > Folder... 
Repeat. Second one is given the same name by default.

Expectation: have it work like it does in folders (giving Folder 2, etc.)

Reproducible: Always

Same issue when creating a file (bug 332562), which I am going to mark as a duplicate (should be the same code to handle).

Fixed in plasma folder view.
