As you close tabs in Dolphin tabs they move each time you close one, making it so you have to "chase" the Xs.

Expectation: at the very least the tabs should wait until I leave the tab bar to move... best yet would be to have it so the next X moves to where the old one (from the closed) window was. Hard to do with the Xs on the right of the tab. 

In the video I show another UI where this works great.
