This is a Heisenbug, I'm observing missing icons once in a while (the graphics seem to be not loaded just staying transparent. No fallback icon, and it's often fixed on next restart.

Made sure oxygen-icons is installed.

No, that's a different one. In this bug, icons are fine most of the time, just sometimes don't load.

Have you reverted the patch that causes the Qt flickering?

That patch was made to supposedly fix missing images.

I've observed this behavior without the flickering patch reverted, so before we fixed that.
