Keyboard layout switcher main and 3rd level shortcuts don't provide the key combination I need (meta+space), so I've set up an Alternative Shortcut (meta+space).
When the screen is locked I can't change the layout using the alternative shortcut no more, so if screen was locked on non-English language, I can't enter the password and unlock.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up only "alternative" keyboard layout switcher shortcut (meta+space in my case)
2. Lock screen
3. Try to change keyboard layout using alternative shortcut
Actual Results:  
The keyboard layout is not changed

Expected Results:  
The keyboard layout is chagned

keyboard shortcuts are not available while the screen is locked, but there should be a language switcher when the screen is locked. You just need to click it with the mouse.

Actually the shourtcut appears to be working now when running KDE 4.11.14.
