It's impossible now to change the default port (445) for Samba share in KNetAttach. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KNetAttach (in Dolphin)
2. Add a network folder
3. Choose Microsoft windows
4. No "port" option is available


Expected Results:  
A port option should be available.
