I create a new folder in a imap account but the new folder is not dispalyed. Although is well created
After restarting kmail i can see the folder
The action right click > refresh folders and subfolders did nt help

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on the root of imap and create new folder
2. The new folder is not appeared
3. After restarting kmail the folder is appeared
Actual Results:  
The folder is not appeared

Expected Results:  
Display the created folder

Very old bug fixed in 4.12
