I was recently transferring information to one of our paper wall calendars and noted that this calendar comes with various sticky tabs you can place on various dates. For example: a birthay cake for marking a birthday, or a "tooth" to mark a dentist appointment, or a "car" to mark a car tune-up appointment.
I think these icons would sort of give KDE some character/fun for people who see icons more readily than text.. Below is a list of tags I saw on this sticky sheet:

Square tags to add to calendar days - very low res picture

Square tags that can be peeled-off and added to a paper calendar. KDE calendar can possibly have some sort of similar idea using SVG icons that triggers from the address book (birthdays, anniversaries) or from the appointment schedules ToDo list.

Dear reporter, the resources handling got redone for KF5 and KF6 based PIM applications.

If you still encounter the issues you had in the past, please report them to the current maintained and updated PIM applications you use
