First, is this still reproducible? If it is, did you create the second window by doing "File->New Window" from the one that was streaming? If so, then that explains why all the windows went down. Unfortunately, the backtrace does not provide any useful information to determine where the crash is, but from my experience this types of crashes are almost always related to some third party plugin like flash.
