The latest tarball kile-2.1.3.tar.bz2 does not contain any handbook translations.

But we have 10 translated language handbooks in trunk:

Please include these handbook translation in the tarball, so translators did not waste their time.

kile-2.9.92.tar.bz2 contains the handbook translation now
