After converting CR2 images containing lots of red to DNG in digiKam using DNG convertor both previews and thumbnails are shown with wrong red colors. (see examples and screenshots via URL)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Convert CR2 with lots of red to DNG using DNG convertor in digiKam
2. 
3.
Actual Results:  
Red color in preview and thumbnail is different from original CR2

Expected Results:  
Red color in preview and thumbnail should be the same as the original CR2

No not exactly, I think camera should be supported (Canon EOS 350d). When opening the DNG in darktable, the thumbnails is still incorrect, but the image is shown with the correct colors.

Gilles,

I just converted an CR2 image to DNG using kipi-plugins 4.10.0 and the colors in the jpeg preview are still wrong (the red ferrari turns into some kind of orange). I've added 2 screenshots as attachments.
So this bug seems to be not yet resolved.

This problem still reproducible with this version which include Libraw engine version 0.20.0 ?

Internal DNG SDK 1.15 have been updated to digiKam 7.3.0. Link internal libraw with this DNG SDK to improve DNG decoding images.

After upgrading DNG SDK to 1.5 and libraw to snapshot 20210504, EOS350D CR2 can be converted to DNG in digiKam 7.3.0.
