mail account in kontact recieves mail, but doesn't send. "network unreachable"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. write mail
2. send
3. get notice "network ureachable"


Expected Results:  
hope to find the solution... :)
Maybe the software could give me a hint, what to do next
