KDE documentation not found 4.5  ....did not load on installation?

Distribution? Some distributions package documentation separately.

In most cases, this should be a downstream installation problem. Please contact your distribution's support channel or use forum.kde.org for user support.

Also, KDE SC 4.5 is totally outdated.
