Sometimes when switching from an other window (an other application such as Firefox) to the main window of KMyMoney input stop working. I can no longer input any character in any of the input fields (value, categories, filter, etc...). All other user interactions remains available (I can change view, open a report, a graph, save the changes, etc...).

The only workaround is to restart KMyMoney.

I only noticed this issue on MacOS X (On OSX Lion as well as on OSX Mavericks)

Step to reproduce :
- Alt-Tab from an other application or use Exposé to place focus on KMyMoney.
- Try to input character on an input field.
- Character does not show in the input field, the typical "deny" sound can be heard.

I am currently unable to reproduce this bug in a systematic way. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
