ps. tried both gstreamer and vlc backends, with an amarok restart in between. Just noticed relevant error popups at the bottom-left and bottom-right: http://i.imgur.com/Pmtz8CG.png http://i.imgur.com/E7yf39r.png Most other streams from "Cool Streams" play fine. Don't exaggerate, that is not grave, that is just the online URL that has changed, try finding the new one and the change is doable in less than a minute. If it doesn't play since "many months", as you state, why didn't you report this immediately? FWIW: please do not use external storage for images, please add those as attachements Dear Myriam My most sincere apologies for exaggeration. What URL has changed? As can be seen from the curl output, the URL works fine. I compared and Amarok uses /tune_in.php/ while the slayradio.com website uses /tunein.php/ (no underscore), yet both work in my web browser and with curl, so why wouldn't they work with Amarok? "the change is doable in less than a minute" How? "If it doesn't play since "many months", as you state, why didn't you report this immediately?" I spent many months travelling, reporting bugs wasn't my top priority. Even if I hadn't been, I'm under no obligation to report anything immediately, we're all volunteers in open-source (except those who get paid for it), so this question is a bit out of place. Have a splendid day! Hi, I can't reproduce this. The stream in the service works fine for me, using phonon-gstreamer. The website links to tune_in.php as far as I can tell. Is this still a problem for you? If so, can you give any more information to help reproduce? Thanks I spoke with Slaygon who runs the radio some time ago and he fixed it. So this was actually an external issue. |
