While the help message you get from ./kdesrc-build --help says you can use

--<module>,<option>=<value>

that doesn't work, but 

--set-module-option-value=<module>,<option>,<value>

does work and should be included in the help message.

doc: Correct docs for changes to arbitrary global cmdline flags.

This was changed in the recent refactor, now the docs should be
up-to-date.
