Right-click in the "To" edit box of composer opens "Edit Recent Addresses" dialog.
Deleting line from it is not saved - even reopen this dialog and the removed address appears.
I was able to delete it only in the kmailrc file itself.

The desired line is removed forever.

Can't confirm it.
And it's not in kmailrc it's in kmail2rc.
But it's removed without pb.
Please update your kmail and look at.
