opensuse 13.1 x86_64 , kde 4.12.1
privoxy 3.0.21

i use kde settings/network to set manualy privoxy settings

privoxy active

see the old bug #118247


akkregator does not fetch any feed

privoxy inactive

akregator fetchs all the feeds

no pb with any brower : chrome , chromium , firefox

Reproducible: Always
