The Text tool doesn't work, but instead results in cursor slowdown followed by hanging which can only be resolved by restarting the PC.

1. Select the Text tool
2. Drag it across the canvas
3. Try to input text

Krita Beta 2 (2.7.9.5), Windows 8.1 64 bit

I get a hang on closing krita, but not immediately. Might be related to a crash on linux where closing krita with the text tool active crashes.
