Suppose i "download and delete" an image and suppose i then again try to upload that image back , then it says "image already exists"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1."Download and Delete" an image
2.Then try to upload back that same image
3.
Actual Results:  
It now says "image already exists"

Expected Results:  
It should not say "image already exists" because we have downloaded and deleted that image.It should upload the image without any issue and without having the need to rename it

This file still valid using last digiKam 4.2.0 ?

Sir,

I tested this bug again on latest version of digiKam and I don't think this bug is valid anymore.
