Sentry Crash Report:

Description Chris Guiver 2014-01-09 02:58:38 UTC
Happens every time. (tried more than six times - always same result).

Program: Calligra Sheets 2.7.5
Distro: SolyDK using XFCE desktop (have both XFCE & KDE installed)

Open first document (server_details.ods), then open second document (book-list_comp.ods)
(( First time I browsed to find files; but sequent crashes they were selected from 'recent documents' ))
Switch to first document; and try & close it - calligrasheets ABENDS with
Executable: calligrasheets PID: 25332 Signal: Segmentation fault (11)

If I 'report bug' it always tells me there is insufficient data (have gdb loaded); but the bug is repeatable. First time I didn't just do the open/closes - but in retrying steps it crashes with only
(1) open first .ods
(2) open second document
(3) switch back to first document & close it (file-close - didn't try X)
program abends.

Distro is SOLYDK - up-to-date; machine has been on for days. Most (if not all) software loaded from default repos via apt-get. Happy to provide more info if helpful.

Chris g.
(ps: ABEND = ABnormal END in ancient ibm speak)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open document 1 (leave open)
2. open document 2 (leave open)
3. switch to document 1 & file-close - brief pause then abend.
Actual Results:
Executable: calligrasheets PID: 25332 Signal: Segmentation fault (11)

Expected Results:
Document (sheet) 1 should close; i'd hope it'd switch to document 2.

Contact me if request more info.

Documents are simple lists; first of computers (header & plus nine rows of contents; specs [cpu1, cpu2, ram 1 etc. on hardware); second is my infotech booklist. (name/author/title/isbn/etc; more than 400 rows) but NEITHER document contain any calculations - just simple lists.

ps: sorry if wrongly listed SolydK as 'debian stable' if its not.
tried searching to see which tree of debian its from & was unable to find correct answer.

Dear Bug Submitter,

This bug has been stagnant for a long time. Could you help us out and re-test if the bug is valid in the latest version? I am setting the status to NEEDSINFO pending your response, please change the Status back to REPORTED when you respond.

Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone!

I no longer have that install (or use solydk), so I tried to re-create using what I'd written & debian box (using files specified though they've changed)

I could NOT re-produce !

minor FYI
- solydk install was x86, this debian install is x86_64
- the .ods files contents had changed, but I abandoned the lists in late 2014, so were very similar to original bug report
