It seems that file preview applications like klook and sushi as well as the latest mockup for the new gnome nautalus are becoming increasingly popular. I also see many users install and use extensions or addons like hoverzoom or Imagus on web browsers. I propose a file previewer be created for dolphin with these properties. If you hovered over a file that had been set in the preview menu of dolphin, then after hovering over it for a configurable amount of time, a large scale popup would display the picture or content of the file.
