The options dialogs height is to big to fit on a normal screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open telepathy contacts, click on the wrench symbol, call the settings.
Actual Results:  
Using a 1366x768 scrreen (but 1024x768 will do as well), the dialog 's height is more than the screen's height. So pressing the Ok button is not possible any more without Alt+mouseclick moving the window (which many human beings don't knoe that works for moving windows).

Expected Results:  
smaller window, much screen wasted
