Thanks for the bug report. Handling devices (including mounting them) is handled by the Solid library from kdelibs, and not by Dolphin itself. But if I understand you correctly, the mount failure is only one of several problems that have appeared recently, so I'll reassign this report to the general product "KDE" and hope that someone else knows how to handle your report (I'm not quite sure though that this really is a KDE bug because you said that the problems appeared after a kernel update - it could be that this is a problem which is specific to your distribution, or your system). This bug is reported on libsolid which is the kdelibs4 version of the solid library. It is now in maintenance mode. If you think it should still be fixed in the KDE Frameworks 5 version of solid please move it to or report a bug on frameworks-solid. |
