When I receive contact request and deny it, it keeps showing every time I login.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get contact request
2. Deny by right clicking systray icon of contact request
Actual Results:  
Contact request appears every time I login

Expected Results:  
Contact request shouldn't show up once denied or approved
