There's a duplicate accelerator in
→ Composer
→ Autocorrection
→ Accept two uppercase letters in:
→ A&dd

Where 'd' is already used for the global "&Defaults" button of the configuration dialog.

I confirm it.
Can't remove it in kmail < 4.13 otherwise it will break i18n we can't.
