In de DAV groupware configuration wizard for Davical entering username in "installatian path" the resulting final url becomes https://cal.example.com/username/caldav.php, which is the wrong way, it should be /caldav.php/username

Do you have a spec about it ?
I can fix but I can't test :)

the url should become https://cal.example.com/caldav.php/username/calendar

If you add your username to the installation path then the resulting path will be wrong. For Davical '/caldav.php' can be used alone as the resource will request the home context of the currently logged in user. Just use the default and it should work.
