Description Ruslan Kabatsayev 2013-11-05 08:23:09 UTC
See screenshot: http://simplest-image-hosting.net/png-0-snapshot232
This happens with both oxygen-transparent and stock KDE oxygen (KDE4.8 on Ubuntu Precise); tested on QtCreator 2.8.1 and 2.4.1.
Seems they set it to have alpha channel, but oxygen doesn't paint it. If compositing is disabled, the background is black.
This works normally with another themes, e.g. Cleanlooks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a project in QtCreator
2. Run a debug session
3. Go to some place with sources available
4. Pause/Break the inferior
5. Hover some local variable
6. See tooltip background looking wrong

Doesn't seem to reproduce with newer QtCreator.
