When contact go online and offline, scrollbar finish to be totally out of sync with widget content.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait some times with many contacts online

Actual Results:  
Scollbar out of sync

Expected Results:  
Scollbar synced

As you can see in this screenshot, scrollbar is not synced and content is outside view

This is a bug in Qt.
Please see: https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-16352

Fixed in Qt5, there's not a lot we can do till then.
