When I click a contact in the contact list Plasmoid, a quick chat Plasmoid opens (great!). However, it does not open next to the Panel as expected, but instead floating somewhere on the screen. If I click on the contact icon in the Panel to hide thae quick chat and then click again, it appears next to the panel.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a contact in the contact list Plasmpoid

Actual Results:  
Quick chat appears somewhere on the screen

Expected Results:  
Quick chat appears next to the panel

Confirming that I have also seen this. 

It's entirely Plasma's fault - however we should come up with at least a reliable test case for the plasma devs before closing. 

Would be interesting to see if the dialog placement code is less horrendously broken in Plasma2.

Haven't seen this on Plasma 5.
