In systemsettings / Mouse there is a settings "Mouse wheel scrolls by x lines", which I defined to be 3.
Dolphin in detail view mode ignores this setting however and scrolls by - for my taste - much too much lines (here 8).
This worked in some previous version and is therefore a regression.
Please re-add this functionality
