Each podcast in the list will show an indicator if there are unlistened to podcasts in the list.

Starting with the upgrade to 2.8.0, the indicator will not be shown if the new podcasts in the list have already been downloaded.

Once the list has been expanded once, the indicator will be displayed as normal.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a podcast that has new episodes available
2. Restart Amarok
3. Podcast does not show new episode indicator star
4. Expand episode list
5. New episode indicator star appears

Indeed, this is still valid on current git v2.8.0-471-ge70eb03
