Addd support for resize/change resolution for remote session to that of local window.

When you resize the krdc window, it should change the resolution of remote session instead of scalling. 

Tigervnc supports this. This is a nice feature to have.

freerdp supports it and if krdc is based on it, it should be possible. remmina does this to.
