Though in notifications settings I have specified "Trays icons only" popups keep apearing on top of the screen. This bug is present since upgrade from kubuntu 13.04 to 13.10

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
notification popups with icons in icon tray

Expected Results:  
only icons in icon tray as requested in settings

it looks like setting is not taken into account

Which application is this about? KDE does not have such a setting, so it is probably a distribution specific add-on. If unsure, ask in a forum of your distribution.
