The option 'Draw intense colours in bold font' does not work with DejaVu Sans Mono.

I believe that this is because the normal style for Sans Mono is 'Book' rather than 'Normal'. Perhaps Konsole is looking for 'Book Bold' or the like rather than just 'Bold', and as such is unable to bold intense colours properly.

This works fine when DejaVu Sans Mono is the default system-wide Monospace font, with 'Normal' instead of 'Book'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Output something in intense colors.
2. Set the font to DejaVu Sans Mono.
3. Turn on 'Draw intense colors in bold font'
Actual Results:  
The intense colors are not bold.

Expected Results:  
They should be bold.

KDE4/konsole isn't supported any more.
