Thanks for the bug report, but I cannot reproduce the problem. This means that the problem is either specific to your system or your distribution, or that some details are missing from your bug description (like choosing a particular view mode, or anything else that is needed to reproduce the bug). In the latter case, it would be helpful if you could add some details that enable us to reproduce the problem. Thanks for your help. I used split-pane with details view mode in both panes. If you still cannot reproduce, I can record a screencast which should show any relevant info I failed to provide here. Thanks for your help. Thanks, but I can still not reproduce the problem. I cannot reproduce this either. No point in making a screencast as the steps to reproduce are clear. I'll wait for 4.12 and then get back to you here. Reproduced exactly as described in comment 0 in 4.14.0, however! When I tried this using /tmp/dolphin/pictures and /tmp/dolphin/foo I could not reproduce. I tried twice. Then I tried again in ~, and I reproduced. Maybe the mount options are important? My mount options are: rootfs on / type rootfs (rw) /dev/sda2 on / type ext4 (rw,noatime,commit=0) /dev/sda3 on /home type ext4 (rw,nodev,nosuid,commit=0,user) Marking as "4.13.2" because "4.14.0" is not available in the "Version" combobox at the time of writing. The issue described in comment #0 works for me with KDE Frameworks 5.45 and Dolphin 18.04. |
