Screenshot showing missing DjVu previews in Dolphin and FolderView

Generation of thumbnails or previews for DjVu file types fails in Dolphin, "File Open" dialogues and "Folder View".
Initially thought to be a Dolphin bug, please see this post:

Now thought to be a KIO problem.

This is consistently repeatable, including for any new users created.

With the update of kdelibs4 & kdelibs4-core to version 4.11.2-10.1 this issue is now fixed. 
The change log shows this:
- Added 0001-Fix-association-with-derived-mimetype-again.patch, fixes
  remaining issues in mimetype handling, see e.g. kde#324502
Which I'm guessing was the cause of the problem.
