I created a additional panel with shortcuts on top of screen. In it's settings I set "auto hide".
Sometimes, after "show" this panel, on button (in task bar) a blank space in first position appear. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a additional bar with shortcuts
2. Set it "auto-hide"
3. Set in task-bar settings two rows and force rows set
4. Between whiles show a hidden bar on top  
Actual Results:  
Blank space on task bar is created

Expected Results:  
Nothing happens
