When you change the icon theme all apps change accordingly, buy not Dolphin. Even Konqueror changes as expected.

This problem has happened to me since I'm a KDE user (since 4.1 or 4.2). 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change icon theme
2. Open dolphin
Actual Results:  
Dolphin keeps the previously selected theme.

Expected Results:  
Dolphin should change its icons like the rest of the desktop/apps.
