Whenever I unbind "SystemTray-Klipper-X" entry from Global Keyboard Shortcuts - Plasma Desktop Shell it's always back after the restart.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unbind Klipper.
2. Restart KDE.
Actual Results:  
Klipper bind is back.

Expected Results:  
Klipper should be unbound.
