- What I was doing when the application crashed:

The application crashed when I restarted it after changing the threading settings. To be specific, I cloned one of the settings, and changed some part, then saved, closed and re-opened the app, at which point it crashed.
 
- Custom settings of the application:
I cloned the activity by date, threaded and played, however, the settings were left the same as activity by date, threaded, so we had 2 of the same. I then clicked ok, clicked a mail or 2, and closed kmail. after this, on reopenening, it crashed.
