The application launcher icons in the taskbar are too small (especially at higher DPIs) and their size remains the same regardless of the height of the panel.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create launcher icon
Actual Results:  
Small icons

Expected Results:  
Properly sized icons
