Since upgrading to KDE 4.11, kmix doesn't show pulseaudio controls at startup. It is necessary to restart it after startup is finished in order to use the pulseaudio backend.

I tested it before the release, and it worked. I tried it again, and it still works for me. Can you do some own investigation to shed more light in this issue?
