Knotify crashes on startup intermittently.  I'm using Debian 7 stable.  When the crash happens, I don't hear my system's startup sound.

This is the error that I get during the crash:
knotify crashes
executable knotify4 pid: 3672 signal: segmentation fault (11)

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start up pc
2. Login
3. I should hear my startup sound but knotify crashes instread.
Actual Results:  
1. Start up pc
2. Login
3. I should hear my startup sound but knotify crashes instread.

Expected Results:  
1. Start up pc
2. Login
3. I should hear my startup sound

The software should have played my startup sound.  I'm using Debian Wheezy stable and KDE 4.8.4

KDE 4.8 is no longer maintained. If this issue persist with KDE 4.9.5 or KDE 4.10.5, please add the backtrace for the crash as described at http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports

You could also try KDE 4.11, which has recently been released, but is still in stabilization phase.
