* tapped on wireless icon
* entered password and tapped create
* KWallet usually appears at this point, but didn't this time.
* error message was displayed; didn't get the worrding - error creating correction; dbus mentioned in message; no wireless connection, seemed like no user permission for this action

plasma-active-i586-stable-2013-08-29.iso works fine.
