I also had feedback about it from user by emails using Ubuntu Main , Cinnamon and Gnome Shell. It's a common bug I also experiences on every Gnome3 based install without KDE all along. I think the closing of Krita windows/session , trigger a 'warning dialog', but a KDE one. And because the KDE dialog comes with a 'dong' sound ; the KDE system looks for it's sound system and fail to find it. So ; "The audio playback device does not work." should be the last message said. Try in a teminal : sudo apt-get install phonon-backend-gstreamer That sounds logical... Though, unless it's the "Do you want to save" dialog, I'm not sure what dialog gets triggered. I can hear the "Dong" sound in the "Do you want to save" dialog without installing phonon-backend-gstreamer. However, i did check "Do not ask again for these devices" and i have not seen this pop up since. So it could very well be related to this. Okay, so that's not something we can do anything about in Krita. It's a packaging issue on the distribution side then. Please report it to Mint :-) |
